Because our office is in Brooklyn, we’re closest to Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island, and we schedule work in every borough and on Long Island.
Intercom and door problems in New York look different from place to place. A brownstone in Park Slope, a six-story co-op in Forest Hills, a large pre-war building on the Grand Concourse, and a two-family home in Great Kills each have their own wiring, door hardware, and weather exposure. After more than 35 years in these buildings, we know what usually fails in each type, which parts are hard to find, and when an older system is worth repairing. That experience helps us find the real cause faster and recommend the option that fits the building, not just the one that’s easiest to sell.
Some requirements depend on where the property is:
We plan for these during the quote, so there are no surprises once the work starts.
Most of our intercom customers also ask about cameras and access control. In every area we serve, we install cameras at entrances, lobbies, package areas, and driveways, and we add keypads, key fobs, or card readers for residents and staff. Tying the intercom, cameras, and door hardware together gives you one system to manage and one company to call.
With these details, we can send the right technician and bring the right parts.
