Because our office is in Brooklyn, we’re closest to Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island, and we schedule work in every borough and on Long Island.
Intercom and door problems in New York look different from place to place. A brownstone in Park Slope, a six-story co-op in Forest Hills, a large pre-war building on the Grand Concourse, and a two-family home in Great Kills each have their own wiring, door hardware, and weather exposure.
