Call us instead of sending the form. A broken intercom or door release means tenants can’t let in guests, deliveries, or emergency services, and under New York Multiple Dwelling Law section 50-a, many NYC apartment buildings are required to keep a working intercom (learn more). We treat these calls as urgent and schedule a technician as quickly as we can.

Yes. A technician inspects the wiring, entry panel, apartment units, and door striker, because the final price depends on what we find.
Yes. We repair older 5-, 4-, and 3-wire audio systems and brands like Aiphone, Comelit, Elvox, Leedan, and 2Easy. If parts are no longer available, we’ll explain your upgrade options.
Yes. Many of our customers are property managers and co-op boards. We give each building its own quote and keep track of each system.

We do both. We repair existing intercoms, cameras, and access control, and we install brand-new video intercom systems, camera systems, keypads, and smart locks. If a repair makes more sense than a new system, we will tell you.
No. Our Comelit systems are a one-time investment with no monthly payment. Property management software and call-log servers are optional and sold separately.
