The Aiphone AC-10S is a standalone surface-mount access keypad that stores up to 100 codes. It has a backlit keypad, an IP54 rating, and a door release output.

What warranty do I get?
The product comes with the manufacturer’s warranty, and we explain exactly what it covers before we start. Manufacturer warranties usually cover defects in the unit itself, not damage from water, power surges or vandalism, so it helps to know that going in. Our own support continues after the install, which matters when a keypad problem turns out to be wiring or power rather than the device.
Can the Aiphone AC-10S be used outdoors?
For most entrances, yes. The AC-10S has an IP54 rating, which means protection against dust and splashing water. That suits ordinary doorways, but IP54 is not meant for a direct hose spray or standing water. For fully exposed spots, we may recommend a hood or a covered mounting location. Shelter from rain and sun also helps the keypad last longer and keeps the buttons easier to read.
How long does it take to install the Aiphone AC-10S?
Most single-door or single-unit installs are finished in one visit. The work is mounting the keypad, running or testing cable, connecting power and the door lock, then programming codes. Larger buildings with many units or entrances take longer, mostly because of extra cable runs and doors to test. We give you a timeline with your quote, so you can plan around door access and notice to residents.
Do you repair the Aiphone AC-10S if it stops working?
